- Introduction.
- Website Owner. SS2Legendary, LLC (“SS2“) is the owner of this website shop2legendary.com. SS2 can be contacted by mail at 5473 Blair Rd., Ste. 100, PMB 72168, Dallas, TX 75231-4101, by phone at 615-669-7347, or by email at shop2legendary@gmail.com. This online privacy notice discloses SS2 information practices for this SS2 website, including what type of personal identifiable information is requested in order to make a purchase, how the information is used, and with whom the in-formation is shared. Note that other SS2 websites may be governed by privacy notices containing different information practices applicable to those sites.
- Website Visits. SS2 collects certain information from SS2 website visitors. This includes, but is not limited to, the home server domain name, email address, type of computer and web browser, what pages visitor accessed, and limited information about search requests. This information is used to solve technical problems and to calculate overall usage statistics.
- Website Transactions. At times, SS2 will need personal information regarding a customer or a prospect. For example, to process an order or provide a subscription, SS2 may need to know a customer’s name, mailing address, email address and credit card details. It is SS2‘s intent to inform you know before SS2 collects personal information, such as user’s name and/or address on the Internet. If you tell us that you do not wish to have this information used as a basis for further contact with you, SS2 will respect your wishes.
- Personal Information That May Be Collected.
- Identifying Information. In order to make a purchase, SS2 will request a user to provide certain personal identifying information, which may include: name, postal address, email address, screen name, password, telephone number, method of payment, and, if applicable, credit card number. SS2 may request additional information necessary to establish and maintain customer’s account.
- Service Quality Monitoring. Some website transactions may require a customer to telephone SS2, or SS2 to call the customer. SS2 will not contact you by telephone without your prior consent, except to confirm an order placed online and/or to inform a customer of the status of such order. Customer should be aware that it is SS2‘s practice to monitor, and in some cases record such calls for staff training or quality assurance purposes.
- Information from Children. SS2 does not collect or maintain information from users actually known to be under the age of 13, and no part of SS2’s Websites are structured to attract anyone under the age of 13.
- Links to Other Websites. An SS2 website may contain links to other websites. SS2 is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of those other websites.
- Uses Made of the Information.
- Primary Uses Identified. Personal information collected by SS2 will be used by SS2 for the following purposes: for statistical analysis of customer’s behavior; for product development; for content improvement; to customize the content and layout of SS2’s Website; for internal company reviews; to deliver information about products, services, and promotions and other uses. SS2 uses personal identifiable information to reply to inquiries, handle complaints, provide operational notices and in program recordkeeping. SS2 also processes billing and business requests related to SS2 website participation. Below is a summary of the primary ways we collect and use information:

- Marketing Uses. Unless customer marks an “x” on the opt-out option box herein provided, SS2 reserves the right to provide customer with information about SS2‘s website, SS2 products and services, and related information in which customer has indicated an interest. The information you provide to the SS2 website may also be collected, used, analyzed and/or processed by SS2, or selected third parties on SS2’s behalf, for marketing and other business purposes. Before SS2 uses the information, however, SS2 will notify customers and offer customers the opportunity opt-out if a customer wishes not to have personal identifying information used in this way.
- Stored Information Uses. SS2 stores and retains the information provided by customer and the information entered on the SS2 website. This information is used to compile a customer’s purchase history in order to enable SS2 to recommend products, services, or special offers that would be of interest to a customer. Stored information is used by SS2 and/or SS2 agents: to support customer interaction with the SS2 website; to deliver customer purchases; and/or to contact customer again about other SS2 services and products.
- Online Advertising. Some companies that help SS2 deliver interactive online advertising, such as banner ads, may collect and use information about SS2‘s customers to help SS2 better understand the types of advertising or promotions that are most appealing to SS2‘s customers. After it is collected the information is aggregated so it is not identifiable to a specific individual. If, however, customer would prefer that these companies not collect such information, please mark an “x” on the opt-out option box herein provided.
- Disclosure of the Information.
- Within Corporate Organization. SS2 is a multinational organization, with legal entities, business processes, management structures, and technical systems that cross borders. SS2 may share your personal information within the SS2 corporate organization, and may transfer the information to countries in the world where SS2 conducts business. Some countries may provide less legal protection for customer personal information.
- Mergers and Acquisitions. For the purpose of developing and expanding its business, SS2 may share, rent, sell, or buy business assets. In such transactions, customer information is generally one of the transferred business assets. Also, in the event SS2 is acquired, customer information will be one of the transferred assets.
- Agents. SS2 employs or engages other companies and individuals to perform business functions on behalf of SS2. These persons are provided with personal identifying information required to perform their functions, but are prohibited by contract from using the information for other purposes. These persons engage in a variety of functions which include, but are not limited to, fulfilling orders, delivering packages, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, processing credit card payments, and providing customer services.
- Affiliated Businesses. SS2 works closely with affiliated businesses operating website stores, providing services or selling products on each other’s websites. These businesses identify themselves to customers. Customer information related to a transaction with an affiliated business is shared with that affiliated business.
- Marketing Analysis by Third Parties. SS2 reserves the right to disclose to third parties personal information about customers for marketing analysis; however, any information disclosed will be in the form of aggregate data that does not describe or identify an individual customer.
- Disclosure to Governmental Authorities. SS2 releases personal identifying information when SS2 believes release is appropriate to comply with law, to enforce SS2 agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of SS2 customers. SS2 may also release such information in an exchange of information with other companies and/or organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
- Use of Computer Tracking Technologies.
- No Tracking of Personal Information. SS2‘s website(s) are not set up to track, collect or distribute personal information not entered by visitors. Through website access logs SS2 does collect clickstream data and HTTP protocol elements, which generate certain kinds of non-identifying site usage data, such as the number of hits and visits to our sites. This information is used for internal purposes by technical support staff for research and development, user analysis and business decision making, all of which provides better services to the public. The statistics garnered, which contain no personal information and cannot be used to gather such information, may also be provided to third parties.
- Use of Cookies. SS2, or its third-party vendors, collects non-identifiable and personal information through the use of various technologies, including “cookies”. A cookie is an alphanumeric identifier that a website can transfer to customer’s hard drive through customer’s browser. The cookie is then stored on customer’s computer as an anonymous tag that identifies the customer’s computer, but not the customer. Cookies may be sent by SS2 or its third-party vendors. Customer can set its browser to notify customer before a cookie is received, giving an opportunity to decide whether to accept the cookie. Customer may also set its browser to turn off cookies; however, some websites may not then work properly.
- Use of Web Beacon Technologies. SS2 may also use Web beacon or other technologies to better tailor its website(s) to provide better customer service. If these technologies are in use, when a visitor accesses these pages of the website, a non-identifiable notice of that visit is generated which may be processed by SS2 or by its suppliers. Web beacons usually work in conjunction with cookies. If customer does not want cookie information to be associated with customer’s visits to these pages, customer can set its browser to turn off cookies; however, Web beacon and other technologies will still detect visits to these pages, but the notices they generate cannot be associated with other non-identifiable cookie information and are disregarded.
- Collection of Non-Identifiable Information. SS2 may collect non-identifiable information from user visits to the SS2 website(s) in order to provide better customer service. Examples of such collecting include: traffic analysis, such as tracking of the domains from which users visit, or tracking numbers of visitors; measuring visitor activity on SS2 website(s); website and system administration; user analysis; and business decision making. Such information is sometimes known as “clickstream data.” SS2 or its contractors may use this data to analyze trends and statistics.
- Collection of Personal Information. SS2 collects personal identifying information from customer during a transaction. SS2 may extract some personally identifying information about that transaction in a non-identifiable format and combine it with other non-identifiable information, such as clickstream data. This information is used and analyzed only at an aggregate level (not at an individual level) to help SS2 understand trends and patterns. This information is not reviewed at an individual level.
- Information Security.
- Commitment to Online Security. SS2 intends to protect customer personal information and to maintain its quality. To achieve information security and quality, SS2 implements appropriate measures and processes, such as using encryption when transmitting certain sensitive information.
- No Liability for Acts of Third Parties. SS2 will exercise all reasonable efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of customer personal information. However, transmissions protected by industry standard security technology and implemented by human beings cannot be made absolutely secure. Consequently, SS2 shall not be liable for unauthorized disclosure of personal information due to no fault of SS2 including, but not limited to, errors in transmission and unauthorized acts of [SS2 staff and/or third parties].
- Privacy Policy Changes and Opt-Out Rights.
- Changes to Privacy Policy. This privacy notice was last updated on October 11, 2024. SS2 reserves the right to change its privacy policy statement at any time.

Opt-Out Right. Customer has the right at any time to cease permitting personal information to be collected, used, or disclosed by SS2 and/or by any third parties with whom SS2 has shared and/or transferred such personal information. Right of cancellation may be exercised by contacting SS2 via email
shop2legendary@gmail.com, telephone or [certified] postal mail. After processing the cancellation, SS2 will delete customer or prospective customer’s personal information from its data base. - Access Rights to Data.

Corrections and Changes to Personal Information. Help SS2 to keep customer personal information accurate. If customer’s personal information changes, or if customer notes an error upon review of customer information that SS2 has on file, please promptly email SS2

Beginning on January 1, 2005, California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits customers of SS2 who are California residents to request certain information regarding SS2’s disclosure of personal information for their direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, please write to: SS2Legendary at 5473 Blair Rd., Ste. 100, PMB 72168, Dallas, TX 75231-4101. Within 30 days of receiving such a request, SS2 will provide a list of the categories of personal information disclosed to third parties for third-party direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year, along with the names and addresses of these third parties. This request may be made no more than once per calendar year. SS2 reserves its right not to respond to requests submitted other than to the address specified in this paragraph.
California’s privacy laws require a company to provide notice to California users of their rights to receive information on to which entities their information was shared for marketing purposes.

- Terms of Use. If customer chooses to enter into a purchase order, customer’s action is hereby deemed acceptance of SS2 practices described in this policy statement. Any dispute over privacy between customer and SS2 is subject to the provisions of this notice and to SS2‘s Terms of Use Agreement which is hereby incorporated herein and which can be read at shop2legendary.com/TermsOfUse.\
- Managing Customer Privacy (CO/CT/NV/UT/VA/OR/TX/MT)
This section describes the rights residents in Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, Utah, Virginia, Oregon, Texas and Montana have regarding the management of your Personal Information. There may be situations where SS2 cannot grant a request, for example, to complete a transaction to you or comply with the law. These options do not apply to publicly available information from government records nor to deidentified or aggregated information.
- Identity Verification. As required by law, we may require you to take steps to verify your identity and/or legal authority prior to processing any request SS2 receives from or about you. In response to all requests, we will send a message to the email address provided in the request. Please follow the instructions to verify your request. We will use the information provided to match the identifying information we have to verify your identity before processing the request. No action will be taken on requests not verified within 7 days.
